








Chef’s Room welcomes Chef Jun-tak Oh from TAK, a celebrated fine dining restaurant in Seoul dedicated entirely to reimagined chicken dishes, for an exclusive two-day takeover. Expect dishes combining Korean flavours with Chef Oh’s focus on chicken, featuring the ever-popular Monaka Chicken – a chicken and duck pâté served with lavender-apricot jam, cream cheese and candied pecans, together with his signature TAK’s Korean Cup Noodle with tofu tom yum paste, chicken and aged kimchi.

Chef’s Room welcomes Laura Sharrad, winner of MasterChef Australia 2025, for a two-night Residency centred on seasonal mushrooms. The mushroom-led menu features dishes including Mushroom Carpaccio with Charred Leeks and Leek Ash, Agnolotti with Chestnut, Porcini and Chives, and Wagyu with Glazed Maitake Mushroom, Smoked Potato and Wild Garlic, inviting diners to explore the many expressions of mushrooms. Additionally, enjoy cocktails crafted by Campari to compliment Laura’s menu.

Designed to foster a direct and unfiltered bond between the kitchen and the guest, Chef’s Room introduces a new evergreen menu. Set within an intimate 10-seat culinary studio space, it offers guests an immersive dining experience ideal for gathering with loved ones. Guests may watch the chefs in action while savouring dishes such as Crab Raviolo with Kohlrabi and Vadouvan Veloute, Bluefin Tuna Belly, and tender Pork Loin with pickled greens and tzatziki.
