CHEF'S ROOM
A reimagined culinary studio set within the private dining enclave of Salisterra. Under the creative direction of Culinary Advisor Chef Ricardo Chaneton, the venue moves away from the structured environment of a standard restaurant to offer a direct and unfiltered bond between the kitchen and the guest. It features a series of collaborations with the global culinary community through rare, intimate residencies that celebrate craft and connection.

Four-Hands Taco Omakase

A reflection of the two chefs’ shared cross‑cultural sensibilities, this four‑hands residency unfolds as a dialogue between their roots, reinterpreted through modern technique. Expect bold, thoughtful pairings—from an abalone taco with Venezuelan sofrito to a Yunnan morel taco in a tarragon tortilla, layered with mole rojo and savoury mushroom XO sauce.
