Four-Hands Dinner: Salisterra × Toyo Eatery

Upper House Hong Kong is delighted to host a special celebration marking 16 years of exceptional hospitality on Friday, 7 November 2025. The evening will feature a four-hands collaboration between Salisterra’s culinary advisor, Chef Ricardo Chaneton, and Chef Jordy Navarra of Toyo Eatery in Manila, with a curated menu that celebrates the joy of shared dining experiences, blending culinary traditions from the Mediterranean and the Philippines. 

Toyo Eatery is known for redefining Filipino cuisine by honouring indigenous traditions with a contemporary approach. Chef Jordy’s commitment to sustainability and showcasing local ingredients has earned Toyo Eatery numerous accolades, including The Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award 2025 from The World's 50 Best Restaurants and recognition as one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. With a focus on cultural memory and authenticity, Chef Navarra’s dishes reflect the rich history and diverse landscape of Filipino food.
