Upper House Xi'an marks another key milestone in the brand's expansion, following the announcements of new Houses in Tokyo and Shenzhen last year. Scheduled to open in 2028, it will be located within Xi'an's historic Small Wild Goose Pagoda cultural zone.

In our first collaboration with Tokyu Group and L Catterton Real Estate (LCRE), we are bringing the Upper House experience outside of China for the first time. This new House, due for completion in 2029, will be part of the Shibuya Upper West Project—a high-quality, mixed-use development in Tokyo's vibrant Shibuya district.
