Menu

In MICHELIN Guide Chengdu 2025, Upper House Chengdu’s vegetarian Sichuan cuisine restaurant, Mi Xun Teahouse, has retained its coveted one MICHELIN star for the fourth consecutive year and is beyond thrilled to receive the first MICHELIN Green Star in Chengdu, recognising its pioneering efforts to put eco-responsibility at the heart of its culinary approach and operations.

Mi Xun Teahouse serves fine Chinese teas and vegetarian regional Sichuan cuisine. Its menu is inspired by the nourishing dishes once served at the thousand-year old Daci Monastery nearby.

Reflecting the storied tea culture of Chengdu, our Teahouse offers different types of tea. Sip them alongside fragrant vegetarian specialities such as Braised Ma Po Tofu in Wild Mushroom Sauce and Handmade Spinach Noodles with Dan Dan Sauce that use locally sourced ingredients and herbs grown in the House garden.
