Sui Tang Li x Lingyan Garden | Black Pearl Four Hands Dinner

Sui Tang Li, the MICHELIN-Selected restaurant at Upper House Shanghai, joins forces with Suzhou's Lingyan Garden, bringing together two Black Pearl One Diamond destinations, for an exclusive four-hands dinner.

 

Nestled at the foot of Lingyan Mountain in Mudu, Lingyan Garden is renowned for its contemporary interpretation of Jiangnan cuisine. Holding its Black Pearl One Diamond status for three consecutive years, the restaurant embraces a seasonal approach, showcasing ingredients at their peak.

 

Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions and heritage of Jiangnan, Chef Tony Ye (Sui Tang Li) and Chef Nico Ge (Lingyan Garden) present an eight-course tasting menu celebrating the region's seasonal flavours in a one-night-only dining experience at Sui Tang Li.
