To keep both you and your pet happy, the following guidelines have been put in place:

• Pets are not permitted in public area, including all restaurant outlets, spa, pool and fitness facilities
• Please make every effort to keep your pets from barking indoor

• Each room can accommodate up to two pets; pet vaccine certificate is needed upon arrival
• Pet-stay only applies to designated pet packages and room type.
• Pet disclaimer is required to be signed upon check-in; a deposit of RMB 2,000 per pet is required per stay
• Available for small-breed dog and cat, maximum pet size is 20kg, with shoulder height of up to 60cm
• Pet walking service needs to be booked at least one hour in advance, subject to availability
