Founded in 2020, GOAT Bangkok is a contemporary fine dining restaurant inspired by Thailand's rich culinary heritage and Sino-Portuguese influences. Led by Chef Tan - Pakorn Kosiyabong, the restaurant presents a modern interpretation of Thai cuisine, rooted in local ingredients and sustainability.
