Our new private dining rooms bring together flexible layouts and an intimate sense of place - thoughtfully designed for both intimate gatherings and vibrant celebrations.
Designed by Mitchell & Eades, these rooms reflect the contemporary soul of Shanghai, where enduring traditions meet bold modernity. Inspired by the city’s vibrant culture, the interiors echo its colours, textures, and stories. The gentle curve of a cheongsam, subtle Art Deco motifs, and spatial cues drawn from Shanghai’s historic lanes come together to create a setting that feels personal, expressive, and distinctly crafted.
Chef Tony has crafted a festive menu shaped by seasonal ingredients - created for lingering reunion meals around the table.

Chef de Cuisine of Sui Tang Li
Chef Tony Ye's culinary journey is a story of passion shaped by curiosity. A native of Shanghai, his fascination with food began in childhood, nurtured by early independence and a meticulous attention to detail first honed through assembling intricate model kits. He refined his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens in China and Singapore, deepening his technical mastery and gaining valuable international management experience.
At Sui Tang Li, Chef Tony channels this depth of experience into a creative and playful culinary language that defines the modern bistro. His inventive signatures, from ‘Jumping Egg’ to ‘Iberico Ham Xiao Long Bao’, showcase a wit that transforms dining into an interactive journey.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Tony is a dedicated flavour explorer. His extensive travels across China and beyond directly inspire his menus, where regional ingredients are woven into contemporary Shanghai stories.
