Festive Delights at The Upper House

(Hong Kong, 28 November, 2014) – To celebrate the joyful Christmas season, The Upper House proudly presents a series of dining selections at Café Gray Deluxe, as well as other festive delights throughout the House, for a warm and hearty celebration with friends and families.

Christmas Eve dinner at HK$1,800 per person – This eight-course meal will include Warm Maine Lobster and Pomelo Salad, Beef Wellington, Spätzli, Glazed Chestnuts and Braised Red Cabbage, Chilled Soup of Williams Pear and Chrysanthemum Blossoms, and Chocolate-Pistachio Plum Pudding. Children and vegetarian menu options are also available.

Christmas Day lunch at HK$1,150 per person – This six-course lunch starts with Duck and Goose Liver Ravioli, Grilled Macquarie Island Toothfish with Truffle Poached Capon with Leeks and Potatoes and Salsify as main course and a dessert selection including Ganache Truffles, Mint-White Chocolate Bon Bons, Pistachio Nougat, Chocolate Chunks and other Christmas treats.

New Year’s Eve dinner at HK$2,400 per person – This marks the perfect finale for 2014 by presenting some of the House’s signature dishes. Our seven-course menu includes Steamed Sea Bass with Lemongrass Bouillon, Pheasant “Coq Au Vin” with Seared Foie Gras, Roasted Organic Veal Loin with Shaved Piemonte White Truffles, Champagne Raspberry Float, Chocolate and Caramel Semolina Soufflé, and Blackcurrant and Cassis Liquor Parfait Glacée.

Along with these scrumptious dishes, four festive cocktails will also be featured - Homemade Egg Nog, Homemade Mulled Wine, Pear of Queens and Rum Raisin Old Fashioned......
