From 17 - 18 April, Upper House Hong Kong welcomes Chef Josh Boutwood of Manila’s only two MICHELIN-starred restaurant Helm.

Known for his stripped back culinary philosophy, expect Chef Josh to bring his signature artistry and precision highlighting local ingredients elevated with a global perspective across two distinct experiences in a rare opportunity to experience his acclaimed tasting menus in Hong Kong.

Helm at Salisterra

At Salisterra, begin with Tuna, Coconut, and Lime Leaf, followed by Melon and 5J Ham featuring cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew with clarified melon juice and cold-pressed olive oil.
 
Continue with Patagonian Toothfish served with roasted kombu cream and sea cucumber chicharron, and a main course of Roasted Lamb Loin with silken cauliflower, tahini, and fresh watercress.
 
End your evening wirh a comforting finale of Chocolate Whisky and Toast, featuring caramelised white chocolate and toasted brioche.

Chef’s Room's immersive culinary studio provides an intimate backdrop for Chef Josh’s expanded 8-course menu.

Highlights include Quail with Morel Mushroom and Mole and A5 Wagyu with fermented root vegetable paste, followed by a refreshing Lychee Sorbet with blood orange diplomat.
