Refresh your body and mind in the lush surrounds of The Lawn with our relaunched Yoga Classes. Offering a rich vinyasa based sequence of the asana (physical) practice with a strong emphasis on creativity and alignment, the class weaves together a blend of other lineages together with pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Yoga mats, towels and water are provided for the session.
Private sessions are also available by appointment. Alternatively, yoga mats are provided in all guests rooms for independent practice.
