Guest Experience Supervisor / Assistant (Airport Team)

The Upper House, an intriguing, intimate and luxurious hotel, is located above Pacific Place. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a fun and positive personality to join our team. Customer experience and a passion for quality are required.

Purpose of Job

Supervise airport operations (including coordination with Transportation team) and provide excellent arrival and departure experience to guests.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Experience Assistant
Do you have the following?

  • Degree from an accredited university, college or hotel management school preferable
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Excellent oral & written communication, in both Cantonese and English. Preferably in Mandarin and other languages
  • Experience working in hospitality will be an advantage
