Purpose of Job
Handle phone enquiries and requests to help create a memorable and enticing experience for both in-house and external house guests.
Do you have the following?
• Graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese would be a definite advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and people oriented
• Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different
